Monica is a researcher and educator, interested in Biopsychology as well as Mental Health/Well-being. As well as being the Project Coordinator for the Eggshells Program, she is a research advisor for Broadmind, which strives to educate and inspire employees and leaders about mental health. Monica is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen’s University in the Department of Psychology specializing in developing and teaching online courses in biopsychology. Having been a military spouse for 25+ years, she is also very involved with the military family community and has served on many different Boards and Advisory Councils. Monica currently sits on the Board of Directors of the True Patriot Love Foundation which works to support military members, Veterans, and their families at every stage of their journey.
